These terms govern your use of the RoadWiZ mobile game and promotional website. By using RoadWiZ, you agree to these terms. A parent or guardian should review them for younger players.
Playing RoadWiZ
RoadWiZ is provided for personal entertainment. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, redistribute, interfere with, or use the game to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
Progress and availability
Current game progress is stored locally. Device loss, deletion, reset, operating-system changes, or reinstalling the app may result in lost progress. Features, balance, content, and availability may change as the game evolves.
Ownership
RoadWiZ, Roadlings, tribe and world designs, names, artwork, code, animation, audio, and related materials are owned by RoadWiZ or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the game; they do not transfer ownership.
Store terms and purchases
Your download is also subject to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. RoadWiZ does not currently require an in-app purchase to play. If purchases are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before confirmation and store refund rules will apply.
Disclaimer
RoadWiZ is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or preservation of locally stored progress.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadWiZ and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the game or website. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
